TWO
GOLDEN CALVES
THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD:
"Then Jeroboam built Shechem
in mount Ephraim, and dwelt therein; and went out from thence, and built
Penuel. And Jeroboam said in his heart, Now shall the kingdom return to the
house of David: If this people go up to do sacrifice in the house of the Lord at
Jerusalem, then shall the heart of this people turn again unto their lord, even
unto Rehoboam king of Judah, and they shall kill me, and go again to Rehoboam
king of Judah. Whereupon the king took counsel, and made two calves of gold,
and said unto them, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem: behold
thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. And he set
the one in Beth-el, and the other put he in Dan. And this thing became a sin:
for the people went to worship before the one, even unto Dan." 1 Kings 12/25-30.
Jeroboam being a people pleaser,
fearing and seeking the honour, respect, acknowledgement, ACCEPTANCE OF MEN,
decides to build two idols that appeal to the senses, tweaking their money bone
with GOLD, scratching their itchy ears, lust for that which appeals to the
flesh, (2 Tim. 4/3-4), playing politics, making the worship, love, and
obedience of Loving Father Son and Holy Ghost more CONVENIENT (REV. 2/6,15) by
erecting a look-a-like altar in Shechem so they do not have to go up to
Jerusalem to the Temple.
(Shechem means "back",
"the shoulder, the upper part of the back". [Jones Dictionary Old
Testament Names]. What did Loving Father say to Jeroboam through the prophet?...........................................
"Go tell Jeroboam, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Forasmuch as I
exalted thee from among the people, and made thee prince over my people Israel.
And rent the kingdom away from the house of David, and gave it thee: and yet
thou hast not been as my servant David, who kept my commandments, and who
followed me with all his heart, to do that only which was right in mine eyes;
But has done evil above all that were before thee: for thou hast gone and made
thee other gods, and molten images, to provoke me to anger, AND HAST CAST ME BEHIND THY BACK: 1 KINGS
14/7-9). HE TURNED HIS BACK ON LOVING FATHER:
"Thus Jehu destroyed Baal out
of Israel. Howbeit from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel
to sin, Jehu departed not from after
them, to wit, the golden calves that were in Beth-el, and that were in
Dan."
And the Lord said unto Jehu,
Because thou hast done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and
hast done unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart, thy
children of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel. But Jehu
took no heed to walk in the law of the Lord God of Israel with all his heart: for he departed not from the sins of
Jeroboam, which made Israel to sin." 2 Kings 10/28-31.
THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD:
"KNOW YE NOT THAT A LITTLE
LEAVEN LEAVENETH THE WHOLE LUMP?" 1 COR. 5/6.
Here we see an anointed King of
Israel, (2 Kings 9/1-13), ordained and declared by Loving Father to Elijah, (1
Kings 19/16), who was fervent, hot, full of zeal for The Lord God, (2 Kings
9/20, 10/16), to perform that which was commanded of Him, (2 Kings 9/7-10),
decreed and declared by Loving Father to Elijah, (1 Kings 19/17), who pleased
Loving Father with his zeal and obedience, (10/30),......... ALL EXCEPT FOR THE TWO GOLDEN CALVES IN
BETH-EL AND DAN:
There are Preachers,........and
then there are Preachers:
Apart from the fact that there are
"many antichrists", false prophets, apostles, teachers, wolves,
thieves, hirelings, robbers which should be obvious and apparent just who they
are to you,............IF YOU ARE ELECT OF LOVING FATHER,..........if
not,.....then you have been given over to delusion because you have not
received the "love of the Truth", 2 Thes. 2/11-12,...........THERE
ARE PREACHERS,................AND THEN THERE ARE PREACHERS:
There are many in ministry that we
witness everyday who are just as Jehu was, they are ordained, anointed, sent of
Loving Father Son and Holy Ghost, they have a passion and zeal to perform that
which they are sent to do, their ministry produces fruit in the Holy Ghost,
they minister with great boldness and authority speaking truth and pleasing
Loving Father Son and Holy Ghost;

THEY DEPART NOT FROM CARRYING ON BUSINESS
AS USUAL BY SELLING, HAWKING, PEDDLING, RETAILING BOOKS, CDs, DVDs, VIDEOS,
TAPES, AND OTHER MERCHANDISE WHICH IS TRANSGRESSING THE WORD OF THE LORD:

WEBSITES, BEARING WITNESS OF THEMSELVES, SPEAKING OF THEM SELVES, THEY DEPART
NOT FROM TRYING TO BUILD A REPUTATION AS A MINISTER FEARING MAN:

Those who are completely sold out for Jesus, those who "love not
their own lives unto death", those who "walk the strait and narrow
way" always, those who will not compromise any of Holy Writ no matter
what, those who are "the pure in heart", those who "deny self daily", those who
"look for the honour that cometh from God only" and not the honour of
man, those who trust Loving Father fully to provide all their
needs:.....................................................
THOSE WHO HAVE DEPARTED FROM THE TWO GOLDEN CALVES OF LOVE OF MONEY, (or
fear of not having enough money), AND LOVE OF SELF, SELF PRESERVATION, SELF
ELEVATION, SELF PROMOTION, THE FEAR OF MAN:
We have witnessed many such as of late, there are many things in their
ministries that are endearing, true, but they disqualify themselves when we see
these two golden calves attached to same.
THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD:
"IF ANY MAN WILL DO HIS WILL, HE SHALL KNOW OF THE DOCTRINE, WHETHER
IT BE OF GOD, OR WHETHER I SPEAK OF MYSELF". JOHN 7/17.
WHAT ABOUT YOU FRIEND?............DO YOU DO HIS WILL?.................
DO YOU KNOW OF THE
DOCTRINE?....................................................
IF SO,..............ARE YOU COMPLETELY
OBEDIENT?...............................
HAVE YOU DESTROYED/DEPARTED FROM THESE TWO GOLDEN CALVES IN BETH-EL (the
house of God, the temple of the Holy Ghost which you are: 1 Cor. 3/16, 6/19)
AND IN DAN? (a place of judgment, ruling, a Pastoral seat).
THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD:
"BUT IN A GREAT HOUSE THERE ARE NOT ONLY VESSELS OF GOLD AND OF SILVER,
BUT ALSO OF WOOD AND OF EARTH; AND SOME TO HONOUR, AND SOME TO DISHONOUR. IF A
MAN THEREFORE PURGE HIMSELF FROM THESE, HE SHALL BE A VESSEL UNTO HONOUR,
SANCTIFIED, AND MEET FOR THE MASTER`S USE, AND PREPARED UNTO EVERY GOOD

THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD:
"I AM THE LORD THY GOD, WHICH HAVE BROUGHT THEE OUT OF THE LAND OF
EGYPT, OUT OF THE HOUSE OF BONDAGE. THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE ME.
THOU SHALT NOT MAKE UNTO THEE ANY GRAVEN IMAGE, OR ANY LIKENESS OF ANY THING
THAT IS IN HEAVEN ABOVE, OR THAT IS IN THE EARTH BENEATH, OR THAT IS IN THE
WATER UNDER THE EARTH. THOU SHALT NOT BOW DOWN THYSELF TO THEM, NOR SERVE THEM:

THE LORD THY GOD WITH ALL THY HEART, AND WITH ALL THY SOUL, AND WITH ALL THY

"THIS IS THE FIRST AND GREAT COMMANDMENT." MATH. 22/38.
"EXAMINE YOURSELVES, WHETHER YE BE IN THE FAITH; PROVE YOUR OWN
SELVES," (2 COR. 13/5), WHETHER YOU HAVE "TURNED FROM THE HOLY
